This is an example of an interaction that may be a common feature of a university's academic support center.  A similar interaction may be useful in a corporate setting as well.  For example, a human resources department within an organization may create a web application similar to this one in order to address frequently asked questions or to help guide employees toward particular policies or organizational charts.



The example below is loosely based on a project I worked on.  The task was to build a landing page where students could go to find resources and information on how to format their academic work in APA format.  For the purpose of this ePortfolio, I am presenting a modified iteration in order to demonstrate the general concepts of the interaction.
